The rest is pretty self explanatory, just a simple countdown of knots:
the first "angled row" in your pattern will be 8 knots (all in all) to the right / 8 down to the left respectively
in "Dark Blue"
next row: 7(!) knots left and also just 7 to the right (the ones in "Blue");
then 6, 5, 4, 3 and lastly only 2 knots with your ultimate leaf colour "Pastel Green"
"colouring" the strings in the centre pastel green.

Always make sure you haven't picked the next but one string by mistake
instead of that immediately adjacent one
and take a look at the back of the bracelet from time to time as this will safe you a lot of time and trouble undoing knots (for which purpose I use a long pushpin as from a pinboard.)

With your first bluish leaf "practically finished" albeit "not completely incorporated",
make the best of the beginning of the subsequent greenish leaf,
(with the "Lime Green" strings probably a Mouliné 00254)
and commence countdown again,
this time with yet another pretty colour effect,
and so forth, leaf after different coloured leaf.

Pulling at all your strings simultaneously sometimes helps sort out these elusive Lime Green
and Dark Blue knots, arranging them at an appealing angle in a more or less orderly fashion for the time being.
Always make sure you haven't picked the next but one string
instead of its immediately adjacent neighbour.

Stretch.

Lucky you're never ever asked to do a Left-Right or a R-L Knot here
as the need to find your way around bends or corners doesn't
arise in this cascading pattern.

Wow! That's so detailed!

No problem. The thing is, however, I just realized it is ME who is doing this wonderful "Leaves" bracelet topsyturvy all the time! It seems to be coming out so much neater the way it is shown in that VIDEO
where all you have to worry is controlling your string tension and not go and capture any knots wandering around in any first - (upside down, so sorry...) chevron row of every new leaf.
So for best results I suggest you trust the video turorial while sticking to my suggestion for mounting the string colours your friend used. Good luck.
