i am trying very hard to learn to read these patterns, there's several people trying to help me. i dont want to get discouraged. i have even tried making one of the easy patterns and mine turns out like crap.
can anybody try to explain these patterns in dummy terms?

i have but when i try to put it to use, my pattern turns out funny. i cant figure out what i am doing wrong.

when u are doing these patterns do you always keep the strings in the same order that you originall start with.. i think thats where i am messing up. i dont know which string is which..

suggestion! i know most of you probably dont have time but it would be so awesome if anyone that does have time would post a video like the one for the learn section as to how to make these patterns, it seems thats the only way i can figure it out

oh that would be wonderful, i'm tryin to do the breast cancer pattern that you wrote out for me, i hope that i can do it.. but there's a pattern.. #1637, that my bf really loves and i'd love to make it for him..
