It's some sort of macrame bracelet. Not sure, how to find instructions for this specific bracelet, but if you go to YouTube, you can find many instructions for macrame bracelets.

Where did you find this image? Maybe this can be used as a hint to find the instructions for the specific bracelet or you can even ask the creator how they did it.

My friend bought it from AA market somewhere in Italy so we can't find the creator but thanks! Will continue to look

Seems like back side of alpha-normal hybrid, where some strings are left without knots (for the "baubles")

I think I know how the pattern works - see (sorry for using "paint" app)

You need:
* 1x extra-long "main" lead string (my orange one)
* 1x short "secondary" lead string (my gray one)
* 6x usual-length strings (my other colors)
(* optional "baubles" to go on the sides without knots - not included in my picture)

Pattern:
1. main lead string goes left-to-right and has 6 knots with non-lead strings
2. main lead string goes right-to-left and has 4 knots with non-lead strings (2 left-most strings are left without knots)
3. main lead string goes left-to-right and has 4 knots with non-lead strings (2 left-most strings are left without knots)
4. grab secondary lead (not used in step 1-3) and put it before 2 right-most non-lead strings
5. secondary lead string goes left-to-right and has 2 knots with non-lead strings plus 1 knot with main lead string
6. secondary lead string goes right-to-left and has 1 knot with main lead string plus 2 knots with non-lead strings
7. leave secondary lead string behind / away and grab main lead string again
8. main lead string goes right-to-left and has 4 knots with non-lead strings (2 left-most strings are left without knots)
9. main lead string goes left-to-right and has 4 knots with non-lead strings (2 left-most strings are left without knots)
10. - 18. are as 1.-9. but mirrored

you'd have to leave out the last (few) strings in the corners, to attach beads to
the diagram looks pretty spot-on!
