Generator 2.1- bottom of pattern

So i'm making a pattern but the bottom of the pattern is really weird and i don't know how to fix it. The pattern is dark blue and light blue but at the bottom there is a dark blue border that i can't get to go away and if i try to do anything to it the whole pattern messes up. help? |
