Hi why won't any of my patterns be approved

what are your patterns of? if they are just letters like a name they do not approve those

Your flag patterns (Italy, Ireland and France, I believe) were rejected because they're basic stripe patterns, one was a simple one colour alpha pattern, and another was rejected on the basis that it was another simple stripe pattern.
