Making a bookmark with a V-shape on both ends. Help?? by IceyDreams 11 years ago

I want to make a bookmark for myself with a v-shaped ending on both sides so it looks better, instead of the straight across. >_< I'm using pattern #65954, and want to use Nimue's example here for what I want to do (https://www.friendship-bracelets.net/gallery.php?id=49346). I'm really confused as to where I should start this, all of my V-shape/shaped bracelet attempts were all failures. I just don't understand any of the tutorials provided. I've looked for videos on this, and I got nothing. I don't really know what to do because I get slow replies from messaging people, or they simply don't want to tell me their tricks or give me tips. :l

Well, have you ever tried to make an inverted simple V (chevron) then just keeping knotting? Or, making an opening V (it's at this tutorial: https://www.friendship-bracelets.net/tutorial.php?id=3723)... If you do not understand, then ask me anytime: I'm always ready to share my tips! :***
