i was wondering if i ever could make my knots too tight....or is it the tighter the better??

I was gonna post the same question so thank you for asking because i make my bracelets really tight and im not sure if thats good or.bad.

Personally I make my knots really tight, I like the patterns much better when the knots are tight. I guess it's personal taste.. :)

I make really tight knots too. It just makes the bracelet stiffer. And harder to untie if you make a mistake. But other then that not sure if there is any other major flaws.

Too tight is better than too loose. However, I suggest that you work on finding a medium tension. It does take a certain level of skill and practice, but correct tension leads to finished products that are not too stiff, don't have lumps, lie flat, look good on both sides, etc.
