For instance, do a general search for "Karahe", and it'll show up with #57708 under normal patterns. Karahe's mentioned in the description because it's a doubled version of my own pattern #55947, and that fact ("doubled version of Karahe's pattern #55947") was added in by another mod some time ago, before my username was changed.

That wouldn't be added to the keywords, there'd be little point. Hence why it's added as a description instead, and the keywords are restricted to "chevron,dots,fish,centre,line,doubled,scales,diamonds".
