ok so if i was going to get a spiral of grid paper, how would i no how to set the strings when generating on this website..
lik say it was add pater w/ like 5 differnet colors, how would i no what arrows to use and how to set the colours up? i'm just curious for when or if i ever get grid paper.

I wish I could understand really what you are saying, but if you have a grid paper and wish to draw out a pattern, tilt the paper over at an angle so instead of squares the boxes are diamonds and you can start from there

yeah i no that but i just cn't understand how to no if they are ar bkfk knot or a fkbk knot or a fw or bw knot..(neone=anyone)

You just simply draw in the knot arrows oin the square spaces is all Joy

You are very welcome. It will help more if you have color pens or pencils and mark the arrows with which colour you would like to use for the knot. =) better than a bunch of black arrows

ah ok. and i also understand that i must draw out a box to no how many threads wide/long i want it to be rite? and like u said, each box is a a knot rite?
