Please help... ive ben trying to make it but am having a hard time.

It is quite a complicated design because all the knots are forward-backward type knots. I would practise making those kind of knots with some spare thread.. and then try again, going down the pattern row by row.

It only has 16 background threads and if you're familiar with alpha style patterns, it would probably be easier for you.
