even knots

In all of the pictures on this site, the bracelets are perfectly straight and even. How can I make mine like this? Mine bend to the side and are slightly uneven. Any tips? Please respond ASAP. |

Mine bend too, but once its on the wrist you hardly notice, and it eventually straightens out. |
