How do you alter the colors in a bracelet like you did for 3085?

Well, there are three possibilities:
1) Put the whole pattern into the generator and play with the colors afterwards.
2) Download the instructions as a file, then open and edit with Paint. (Use the "fill" tool for changing colors.) It's a lot of work, but very versatile. (And probably less work than recreating the pattern.)
3) Download the instructions and open with IrfanView. (If you don't have that program yet, you can download it for free.) There is an option under Image => Palette => Edit Palette where you can edit the palette with a few simple clicks. (Sometimes, you have to decrease the color depth first. No matter how colorful the pattern, 24 colors should be more than ample.) The disadvantage is that you cannot split one color into two different ones (like making a black into both red and yellow), but it's very quick and effective.
