A friend of mine has a bracelet that she got from a friend who doesn't remember where they got the pattern or if they even had one. I couldn't find it on here but I've been able to duplicate it (by making the bracelet first, didn't think to use the generator - duh). My question is can I post the pattern on here?

Shouldn't be a problem as long as it says in the description that you didn't make it yourself.
