I have another suggestion. :)
You know when you click the pattern tab, it shows a lot of options? One option says "Show only...". I was thinking we can add a "not 1212 patterns" check box as well. It would make life easier. Again, give me feedback, I don't know if it is the greatest idea.

That is a good ideal! I actually was thinking the same thing! I like doing ones with a lot of colors.

Sounds great! I know that 1212's aren't wanted everytime, for me it depends on the mood :). I'll add it to the "todo" list.
Currently I am working with my master's thesis so I won't have time for doing this until july/august but I hope you can live with that.
