I always like to make bracelets using patterns that don't have any photos. I know that on the homepage a random photo comes up, and it sometimes gives me ideas of what bracelet to make next. But I thought it would be cool if a random pattern with no photos showed up too. That would help me a lot on deciding what pattern to do next! What does anyone think on this?

ya that would be awesome because i go through lots of pages to see what pattern i want to do next and then 1 might just pop up

yes, but you can just random pattern button. But your suggestion would make it easier.

Or there could be an "only patterns without photos" button.

I've been thinking of implementing this into the Pattern browser (patterns.php). Would a checkbox saying "show only patterns without photos" and a radio button "random order" do the trick? It's not an explicit button but you would get all patterns without photos in random order.

Yes! That would be great! Would you still be able to select the number of strings too?
