I bought some DMC skeins for 60 cents a piece in NYC. In the past, I used to think that was nothing, but I had very little use for embroidery thread. I think I need to find a cheaper source. I was considering going on eBay and buying one of those lots, which will be fine for practice, but ultimately I'd like to select my colors.
