Hi guys.....I got some problems with this pattern

yesterday my friend ask to me if i can do one for him.

It was 3 AM and i was a bit tired to start it then i save the foto with the pattern number but, when i came here to start it the pattern disapear =X

I need it , some1 can REMAKE the pattern??
