I am not sure whether to put this under this or "designing own patterns" Will try here. I just picked up this bracelet making (after 20 years) and I wonder, if you were to make your own design without the generator, how do you know which knot goes where. In other words, what is the effect of using a Double half-hitch reverse instead of a Double half-hitch etc. I do understand the knots I just don't know how to apply them. Thanks.
