Ok so I know this is going to sound totally dumb or crazy or newbish but I have to ask. What is the reverse knot? can someone explain it to me like I am a kindergartener. I see the pictures but I just can't wrap my brain around it!!!!!

the easister way to describe it is, rather than doing 2 forward or backward knots say your doing one of each depending on the direction. if the arrow is pointing left than right then you need to do 1 backward knot and then 1 forward knot. If the arrow goes right than left it's 1 forward and 1 backward note. that's the easiste was to explain it, i was the same after getting back into it, it confused me for sometime.
