I want to add a bead to a bracelet I'm going to make. I've already picked out the pattern and it's just one bead (symbolic bead). I don't know if there is any way to incorporate it into the bracelet itself or if I will just have to make it part of one of the ends.
Any suggestions?

Maybe, you can work on the bracelet and if the pattern has atleast 6 strings, you can set it up like this:

then put a beed through the inside 2

||O||
aand do a few foward & back knots around the bead

and then re-join the pattern under the bead

just slide to bead thru the string, then do the next knot. if its at the end, just do the same thing. hope this helped!
