hey everyone :) i've been doing normal bracelets for a long time but I still don't understand how to do the down knot in a alpha pattern??

i know! thats what i always had trouble with. but the down arrow represents a forwards knot or a backwards knot. and u'll know if its supposed to be a forwards knot or a backwards knot because u've been making bracelets for a long time and because like um u just could see of its fwd or bkwd knot. lol. hope that helped :)
