I've read the ongoing bickering about a pattern that was copied, or going to be copied. While I have my own opinion about the subject, I will respectfully refrain from voicing it. I do, however, have a suggestion that might help with any confusion in the future. If the date of pattern submission was included with the pattern info along with the name of the person who submitted it, then anyone who searches the patterns will see who originally posted the pattern and who should receive the credit for the work put into it. With so much similarity among so many of the patterns, this would at least give proper credit where it is due. Just a suggestion...
