A regular pattern is easy to follow. The arrows that are pointing to the right are forward knots, the arrows pointing to the left are backward knots, the arrows pointing to the right and then to the left are forward backward knots, and last but not least, the arrows pointing to the left and then to the right are backward forward knots.

how do you make a regular pattern? i can make alpha patters, just not the other patterns.

I can't log in no matter what I put. It's not letting me sign in. I don't know why. I tried to make up different user names and pass words and it still won't let me log in! Why?
