ok so i need help making the bracelet loop ( HAYYYYY btw :D) like the chinese staircase loop. i've always been doing regular loops. plus how do i start my pattern if my bracelet string is not in order? when i do that i always have this blank spot ( only the string colors showing. ) help!

My arms are sore from band( 5 sets of 9 jumping jacks and arm circles(12 in total) with 25 push ups) and bugs bites that itch (there is forest my the practice field we use). so i think i might take break for making bracelets :/ which sucks cause i have ones i need to work on.
