My strings too small

I'm working on this bracelet and two of my strings are too small. What should I do? |

There's a few tutorials on extending strings. One way would be to incorporate a replacement strand into a few knots (along with the too short one) and after that you can cut the too short strand without the replacement strand falling out. Does that make sense? |
