So, at the bottom of the pattern, when it has the knot instructions, I know how to do the first two, but I don't know how to tie the last two. Can someone help?

Which pattern are you having problems with Killjoy Tom?

the first two are a forward knot and a backward knot. you should double knot them. the other ones are a forward backward and a backward forward. for the forward backward, first do one forward knot but don't double knot it. to make it a double knot, do the second one a backward knot. for a backward forward, reverse it. sorry if this is confusing!
