So, at the bottom of the pattern, when it has the knot instructions, I know how to do the first two, but I don't know how to tie the last two. Can someone help?

Yep sure, the last two are similar to the first 2. Say if you were doing a forward knot and you hitch it twice to get the knot, instead of this you do one forward knot and then do one backward knot. it's the same knots but rather than using 2 knots/hitches in the same direction you make one one way and then do one the other.

My answer is probably confusing so hopefully this will explain it better as well as being a good visual.
