i keep a folder on my computer desktop where i keep all my alpha and regular patterns. :)

yeah. and i print them out, where i have an actual folder (haha) to keep them in, sorted by alpha and regular. :)

I have a word document full of links of patterns. I print them off, and like fieldhockey8, put them in an actual folder.

i have over 1000 patterns saved in my pattern folder
so i divided into subfolders alpha, normal & tutorials
normal pattern folder is subdivided based on the number of strings used in the patterns as following: ...-11, 12-13, 14, 15-16, 17-18, 19-20, 21-22, 23-25, 26-29, 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+
alpha patterns are all in one folder, but i type the dimensions in the beginnig of file name like #x#___file_name.jpeg
it helps a lot when choosing what i wanna do next and, especially, when someone asks me to make ~a~ bracelet. insted of asking them to describe what they want i simply let them surf through the folders
