No, you may not.

If you:

1. lost or forgot your email address or password, contact the Webmaster or the moderators via the guestbook and we'll reset your password.

2. have been temporarily banned for violating our Terms of Use you will wait until your ban is over. If you create a new account to get around that ban, that new account will be blocked and your ban will be extended.

3. have been permanently banned all future accounts will be permanently banned as well.
