May I upload a pattern that I didn't invent myself?

Answer :

No.

This includes

- patterns you copied from another page, and

- patterns you copied and re-created from a picture of a bracelet.

On the alpha generator page, you will have to check a box confirming "I agree that this pattern isn't copyrighted and I have the right to publish it here by the author."

If you are posting a pattern that you have not personally created you are stealing a pattern despite being warned not to. For this you will be banned for a week.

This also goes for normal patterns. We won't allow you to copy and steal normal patterns either, even though there is no box you have to tick.

Our decision is final in these matters.
