Yes, if you finish your bracelet before August 15th you can still join.

For all of you : be aware that I don't give my address after August 15th so I'll have all of your bracelets hopefully before August 25th!
It takes time for the bracelets to arrive with me, especially if you live far away from The Netherlands. So make sure you mail your bracelets as soon as you have my address.
