Materials and Set Up


You will need 7 different colors (1 string of each color).
The set up will be as follows:

Step by Step


Step 1


Take string 1 and make forward knots all the way across strings 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
Your strings should now look like this:
| 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 1 |



Step 2


Take string 2 and make forwards knots across strings 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
Your strings should now look like this:
| 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 2 | 1 |



Step 3


Take string number 1 and and make backwards knots across strings 2, 7, 6, 5, and 4
Your strings should now look like this:
| 3 | 1 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 2 |



Step 4


Continue repeating steps 1 - 3 with your new color on the left most side until you reach your desired length.
