Ok where to begin?
I've never been very good at these so here it goes i guess XD
About me i guess? Well I'm 20, studding chemistry hard at uni whilst trying to find a job to pay the bills. Oh the hard life of being a student whilst living in (and around) London. I was born in October and I'm a Libra, so it near on impossible for me to make my mind up on anything XD
Over the past month my partners mother fell ill, and for a while ended up in hospital. Feeling that i didn't belong at the hospital with her i tried to keep the home tidy, clean and have a meal waiting for them when they got back. (the first time I've been cooking and not destroyed/burnt/poisoned something) and from the free time i had i found my self wanting to keep my hands busy with something, just sitting in front of the tv or playing games non stop just isn't my thing. (though i am a bit of a gamer) and i returned to an old hobby of mine. friendship bracelet making.
I had done it a lot in the past but nothing bigger than a 12 strand and i never knew the Chinese stare case knot to begin. A few years ago i stubbled across this website but i didn't think much of it cause i think it was just starting out. But as i was wondering the Highstreet i came across a packet of strings for a really good price and it pretty much started from there. I am loving the new ideas people are coming out with on what to do with them ect. And the brilliant new patterns.
