Hi!!! my name is Madian Romero I'm originally from Mexico but moved here to the US when I was 8 years old. I started making friendship bracelets when I was 10 years old. I was at a thrift store with my mom and found a book about friendship bracelets from Klutz and my mom had bought it for me. It had 10 different designs where I learn how to do candy stripe, chevron, totem pole, jacobs ladder and the basics of a bracelet. I made over 50 of them of the same 10 designs from the book and just gave them away at church, After that I stopped making them but later in future I came back with a new book and started making them again and my best luck was that I found this website which I love!!!!! and I never get bored making them because each time I make a different one.
