Having studied Middle Eastern art in Persia I have now the chance to live in Istanbul which inspires me every day by its beauty, mix of cultures and history. Sometimes I even find myself back in the times of the silk road, when I wander through the twisted alleyways of the Grand Bazar, searching through colorful cotton fabrics and yarns for my next little art project for daily use.
