I'm not sure, if you are talking about a specific part in the pattern or about which knots you need to do in general.

The knots done are basically the same knots you would do in regular friendship bracelets, but upside-down. Instead of crossing the leading string over the base string, you cross the leading string under the base string to make your knots.

Obviously, hectic videos like this don't ever intend to enable ANYONE to do the bracelet in question in the first place, showing everything as confusing and complicated as can be, the upside down of the inside reverse of upside down.

Actually, this gives me a déjà vu. Didn't I do some research on this particular bracelet once (only that it was with 3 curved curbs instead of 2) and didn't I then come up with the sad explanation that this type of bracelet, for being so very special, was produced in child labour somewhere far away only to be sold at exorbitant prices along with some multinational companies' designer perfumes? I even wrote to the affiliated company selling these bracelets in a jewel case and naturally got no answer.
Neither would anyone ever have been able to UNDO the bracelet to see how it had been done as it was tied so extremely firm it was already curling.
I guess I could do the mysterious twisted macrame bracelet now, but only after I had learned how to do normal pattern friendship bracelets (the way shown on this site.) It's as if you're knotting a normal bracelet
on its back where you don't see the beauty of all the colourful knots that make up your pattern in front.
But of course colour is sacrificed here for the sake of shape and individulal knots don't count to much either
as they all end up on the INSIDE so as to not take away optically from the beauty of the wave effect.
Talking of waves, the curved macrame bracelet I acquired way back when was even supposed to be WATERTIGHT as I found out it had been given a chemical water-repellent finish of some sort.

You want to make sure you really see which direction the working part of your thread is pointing at all times
in order not to mess things up, so in my opinion you need to be quite some double half hitch expert before you venture on these twisted macrame rings, even with beads added.
Practicing normal friendship bracelets FIRST and THEN trying to tie them the way you actually shouldn't,
will probably lead to success in this case. Or you somehow manage to watch the video in slow motion,
turning off all useful contradictory hints that might have thrown you off course.

These would probably also look nice from twisted waxed thread.

this tutorial isnt a lot more detailed, but it does have a more traditional arrow-graph pattern to make this type of bracelet

I remember now that I actually managed the tricky bracelet after I had stumbled upon this very youtube video, so I can assure you that it is technically feasible but the result very much depends on just how hard you pull in respect to what material is used, whether it be yarn or sturdy waxed macrame floss. When using "Perlgarn" like yarn, you could perhaps go and prime it in beeswax for better optic effect.

What you're aiming at is a thread combining thinness and, most importantly, stiffness whilst maintaining sufficient flexibility. Not so easy to come by but people doing micro macrame will know where to look for.

Rare resilient twisted waterproof jewellery thread, in a colour tonality helping to accentuate both the curved ridges and the grooves in different lighting conditions will do the trick for your masterpiece.
