Hey everyone when making bracelets I find I sometimes get little holes in the bracelet here and there. Any tips to get better? Am I just not doing my knots tight enough?

Make sure you pull the first half of the knot tight before doing the second half. Make sure the first half doesn't loosen while doing the second half.

The first half of the knot determines its placement, the second half secures it in place.
