In the TOU it says that you may not create a second account. Just wondering, how do you know that a person has created a second account if they use a different email? I need to make sure the site I am using is safe.

People always know ways to go around these rules. We have our ways to find second accounts, but it’s never going to be a 100% catch rate.

Is it just through observing accounts or is it through finding connected emails or something else?

I don’t think we should reveal that here, to avoid misuse of that information.

That’s okay :-) The safety of the site is not affected by second accounts btw. It’s because of other issues that we don’t allow second accounts. That has to do with issues from the past.
