I have been making round or tubular bracelets for a while. Just found friendship-bracelets.net through. These are not kumihimo, just a normal bracelet but instead of at the sides/edges turning the thread around and going the other direction you form the whole bracelet into a tube. Ultimately you squish it flat to wear...

Anyway, is there a name for that, anyone doing that, I can probably come up with a picture if need be.

There is a tutorial for it : tube bracelet . If you have pictures you can upload them there or to the pattern you used. There are a few users that have made tubes, but they never made them flat as far as I know.
