Materials

To start pick three colors and a thick cord for the center. If you don't have cord use 4 strings .
The cord needs to be 23 inches then fold in half and tie a knot .
With three colors of embroidery floss in the video I picked red brown and white
You Will Need 80 Inches At The Half Way Point Tie To Cord.
Separate strings
Now you Should have Two Strings For Each Color (The Two String Are Now One)

Step by Step

Step 1

With The first Color In This case White
Do A Left Half Hitch Knot to The Center Cord
Make sure You Tie The Strings Nice snag

Step 2

Now With The second Color Brown
Do A Right Half Hitch Knot To The Center Cord

Step 3

Now The Third color Red
Do A Left Half Hitch Knot to The Center Cord

Step 4

now Go Back To The White String
The White String Will Go over the Red String Like In The video
Then Do A Right Half Hitch Knot to The Center Cord
Now The White String Is next To The Brown String
(Now The String Will Overlap)

Step 5

Now Pick Up The Brown String
The Brown String Will Go over the White String Like In The video
Then Do A Left Half Hitch Knot to The Center Cord
Now The Brown String Is next To The Red String

Step 6

Now Pick Up Red String
The Red String Will Go over the Brown String Like In The video
Then Do A Right Half Hitch Knot to The Center Cord
The Steps Will Repeat But Watch How They Overlap To Know What Half Hitch To do
