Supplies:
-Scissors
-Clipboard or tape

Step 1:
Cut your string to desired length. Them clip to clipboard or tape down. You will need 7 different colors (1 string of each color).
The set up will be as follows:
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 |

Step 1 Row 1:
Take string 1 and make forward knots all the way across strings 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
Your strings should now look like this:
| 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 1 |

Step 2 Row 2:
Take string 2 and make forwards knots across strings 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
Your strings should now look like this:
| 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 2 | 1 |

Step 3 Row 3:
Take string number 1 and and make backwards knots across strings 2, 7, 6, 5, and 4
Your strings should now look like this:
| 3 | 1 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 2 |

Continue repeating rows 1 - 3 with your new color on the left most side until you reach your desired length.
