start out with a wrapper

fold it in half then unfold

fold the edges into the middle, fold in half again and unfold

fold the edges in to the middle

fold in half

then fold in half length wise and unfold, then fold the ends in

make more of these...

then connect them by putting the "legs" of one V in the "legs" of another

continue to do this until your bracelet is the right length!
