i'm twenty.
me and my cousins all do this on our family vacations.
we needed some new patterns, so i joined this to grab some.

i'm a fan of the harder patterns (i'm working my way up)
i've done a few with the 24-stringed patterns, however i like to double up my thread, so i don't make them often, because it costs too much.

one thing that i can't put on as a pattern here, but just an idea.
>I made two of the chevron (arrow) patterns. one is all in black, one is all in white
>feel free to choose your own colors
>i tied the black one closed, the interlaced the white one into it.
>two bracelets in one!

another way to tie close your bracelets
>i'm not a big fan of the macrame way, but i will use it on occasion
>so i figured this one out.
> when choosing your string, make sure to fold it in have, with a loop at the top, and tie tight (but not too tight)
>with a square knot.
>when finished with the entire bracelet, untie that knot, and clip the ends open.
>i like to tie the strands together one by one, so it creates a very smooth, clean closure
>takes less then a few minutes to do.
>the bracelet may need to be a little bit bigger to do this, so you can fit it over your hand
>if it is not, then you might stretch the bracelet out, and ruin the knots.
>remember, double knot them!!!
