I tried to submit an genderfae pride bracelet, and it was rejected. It's a simple pattern - striped lines, however it's a pride flag. Can I have some clarification about why it could have been rejected? Thanks!

I think it's reason 4
(4.) The pattern is too obvious how to make or is too easy/simple (e.g. candy stripes, chevrons, rag-rugs, vertical gradients, and checkerboard alphas!)

We always put a reason for rejecting in the description box of the rejected pattern, if the reason is stated in the faq we often only put the link ( https://friendship-bracelets.net/faq/view/43 ) there though.
