No, there's no other way than searching on amount of strings, rows, colors and if possible on keyword.

A= Dark Red
B= Pale Green?
C= Dark Brown
D= Pale Pink?

In the picture, the "Dark Brown" knots come every 4 rows instead of 8 in the pattern.
It is hard to tell the exact configuration of the pale green and pink knots from the picture.
