i was wondering how do people make those cool like diagram pictures of like the animed process of making the bracelet on the tutorials, not the pattern itself, but there's like animated pictures of how to do it.

Umm... so I'm assuming you mean that there's different pictures that change every so often almost like a slideshow or something (each picture is a step or diagram).

I know that you can animate pictures using a website called Lunapic.

Anyway, there's a bunch of options for animating pictures and lots of effects as well.
Just upload as many pictures as you want, or just one, and you can do TONS of stuff with them, like animating! Hope that helped!
