I know how to make them on chevrons but not so much on an alpha or anything non-chevron really. :)

There are several tutorials on making shaped endings:

Some of your example pictures are basically only one half of the V, but otherwise are made the same way.

I know of those linked threads, I had learned how to make ends and beginnings on chevrons and on candy stripe from them but they don't help me much when it comes to the ends that I linked. Like I said, it might be painfully obvious but I just can't figure it out. For the alpha from my first link, I don't know how to make the ending using the first method in the linked thread about alphas. And how do I make just one half of the V? How do I make the V on a candy stripe, like in my 4th link?

As a side note, I would love it if there were more video guides instead of just ones, it's so much easier for me to learn that way but of course I would never expect or demand of anyone to go to such lengths, that's just my side note :)

The first 2 and the last: The pattern is alpha, the shaped ends are knotted as normals. You can follow the tutorial for shaped normal bracelets for those.
The candystripe: That?s the same as half of a chevron, so you can also use the tutorial for shaped normals to end candystripes in half of a V.

It?s always hard to explain in just a few words. It?s mainly shaping, and letting some strings run through the whole loop instead of half of the loop.
