So I want to make my boyfriend a keychain with Glaceon , since its his favourite pokemon. The thing is I have no idea how to make an alpha pattern. Is it possible that someone could help me? I really want to make a small gift for him. Thanks in advance to anyone who will help or advise me on that matter!

The basic is to cut base-strings, and to knot around these, back-and-forth, each knot in the color that the pattern shows.

Note that the patterns you mentioned are quite difficult. The more color-changes, the harder it is to keep the bracelet nice and straight. It?s always best to first try a much simpler pattern before trying one that?s as difficult as these.

I have made patterns like that before i just dont know how to make an actual pattern from scratch. thank you very much though!

Ah, misunderstanding ....

You can try pixelstitch, a website for making crossstitch patterns. That works well for making alpha patterns :-)
