My edges are becoming slightly inverted and I'm getting the occasional hole.

The solution is always to work on the right tension. Practice makes perfect ;-)

To make my bracelets more regular, I knot them by rows instead of following the design. Whatever the pattern is, I do row number 1 from left to right then row number 2 from right to left, etc. It makes the bracelet look better than simply following the chevrons ;)
And I agree with kleinevos, it takes time to find the perfect way to knot so keep trying :)

This doesn't look bad to me though! Maybe you can knot just a bit tighter, but my first chevrons were not as good as this ;-)

I couldn't find the right image so I used a different one someone posted from the site actually. That's just exactly how my edges looked though.

Is there I way I can upload a photo off my tablet so you can see my actual bracelet.

I use TinyPic for that :-)
