Approved Patterns Being Rejected

I was just curious, is it common for older, already approved patterns to be rejected? I can't find one I forgot to save. |

It doesn't happen too often, though we (mods) do reject old patterns once in while. Usually we do that if they are really old and have no pics or if they are copies of an older pattern. Do you know how many strings the pattern was or what it looked like? |
